- This loyalty is available ONLY to returning customers who have completed at least two(2) previous rentals with Express Journeys.
- Previous rentals must have been completed within the last 18 months to qualify.
- Cancelled reservations will not be considered for program eligibility.
- The loyalty discount applies to the third and subsequent rental reservations.
- Qualifying customers will receive a discount of 10% off the rental rate.
- The discount is not valid for peak season rentals or black out periods.
- This discount is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- Rescheduled rentals may still qualify for the discount, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Express Journeys reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
- Any disputes regarding the loyalty discount program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Express Journeys.
